It features 18 stand-alone modules grouped into four key leadership dimensions: Head (thinking like a leader), Heart (engaging emotions), Hands (acting like a leader), and Feet (making it happen).

  • What makes this program different from other leadership courses?

    Unlike many theoretical programs, this course focuses on practical, actionable leadership skills with downloadable resources. It’s designed to be modular, flexible, and scalable, making it suitable for both individuals and organizations.

  • Are there any live sessions included?

    Yes. The Premier Membership option includes bi-monthly virtual group coaching calls. The Signature Membership option provides private 1:1 coaching with one of the instructors.

  • What are the differences between the Essential, Premier, and Signature memberships?

    ESSENTIAL: 6 months access to The Leadership Excelerator; ideal independent learners. PREMIER: Lifetime access to The Leadership Excelerator; bi-monthly group coaching calls; ideal for learners who also want community and feedback.
